We advise that you keep a copy of your original receipt for your own records before sending your items and original receipt back to Jaan J. for your return or exchange.
All merchandise and Jaan J. packing materials must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of the date received AND with the original receipt.
If you are exchanging your purchase(s) for another Jaan J. product(s), please list the item(s) desired in the box provided at the bottom of the original receipt, and send the unused item(s) back to us. Shipping charges for all items sent back to Jaan J. are nonrefundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser total dollar amount. Any remaining credit may be used for future purchases on www.jaanj.com. For your convenience, we will send your new item(s) free of shipping charges.
Returning a gift from Jaan J. will not result in an exchange for another gift item.
Due to the formal nature of cufflinks, they may only be exchanged for another item(s). No refund will be issued for cufflinks.
If you would like to return your item, please mark the "Return" box on the original receipt, and return the unused item(s). All returns will be credited to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. The shipping charges to mail items back to Jaan J. are nonrefundable.
All shipping charges paid to Jaan J. are nonrefundable.
There is no money value on gift items from Jaan J; therefore, Jaan J. will not reimburse for gift items that are returned.
As stated above, please give a brief explanation for your return so we can continue to improve our customers' experience.
If for any reason you misplace your original receipt, you will only be able to exchange your item(s) for another Jaan J. product. Please send us a brief email at our Contact Us page notifying us of your lost receipt, the date of your purchase, the date your order was received, and a phone number to best reach you in case clarification is needed. Depending on the volume of questions and inquiries to Jaan J., a customer service representative will reply within 24 hours. You will then be instructed by the customer representative on how to proceed. If you are asked to mail the unused item(s) back to Jaan J. for credit towards your next purchase(s), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to mail your items back to Jaan J. and will not be refunded for shipping charges.
All remaining Jaan J. credit will be kept on file for only one (1) year. Please indicate in subsequent credit purchases that you are using your Jaan J. credit. To do this, please state on the Jaan J. website's comment box during the checkout process that you are using Jaan J. credit, and we will happily issue your credit towards your new item(s).
If your merchandise recently went on sale, we will gladly make the sale price adjustment within 7 days of your order being placed. Please submit your request here and we will be happy to further assist you.
If a purchase you made within the last 7 days can be price adjusted in any way, please contact us here and we will be glad to help you.
The First Class Shipping option does not provide a tracking number.
Send your unused items back to us via insured mail through U.S. Mail or FedEx for your protection. You may also want to purchase the tracking service to know the up-to-date status on your return/exchange. Save the shipping receipt for your records until the credit for your return appears on your statement.
Your shipping charges for mailing items back to Jaan J. are nonrefundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. All returns will be credited to the original credit card. We will notify you by e-mail once we have processed your return. No cash refunds will ever be issued.
If the item is found to have been worn or altered in any way, management reserves the right to refuse a refund or an exchange of the item. We will mail the item back to you along with a statement of denial for your refund/exchange request.
Any international order may be subject to search and/or duties by your country's Customs Agency. Jaan J. is not responsible for shipping delays or fees incurred by your country's Bureau of Customs.
All sales tax incurred from Jaan J. purchases will be covered by Jaan J. It is the least we can do to show our appreciation for the continued business from our loyal customers.
